Job Responsibility:

· Strategizing and Planning Sales in the allotted territory
· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
· Shall be responsible for driving sales team for closing deal, if required.
· Carry out sales review daily
· Journey profitability
· Thorough understanding of educational products.
· Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and results.
· Strategic planning and execution of plans.
· Should have experience into managing a team of 30-40 people.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
