Job Description :
 Calling pre assigned leads from different web portals and coordinating with them till they
visit the showroom
 Analyse all customer enquirers, exploring all aspects of their social, occupational and
financing needs
 Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs and consistently delivering a
competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles
 Regular follow up with all leads who don’t turn up at the showroom and converting from
those leads
 Keeping the lead tracker updated
 Taking care of the RC transfer process of all converted leads and related documentation
 To achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate profile :
 Has atleast 6 months experience of tele-calling. No upper limit.
 Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi (At least two of these)
 Sophisticated and pleasant to talk to
 Good at sales
 Customer service centric
 Open to work in a start-up environment
 Has basic knowledge of excel sheets

Job Description:

 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT services/products/solutions domain
 Experience in Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and
Web.
 Building leads pipeline by executing campaigns
 Generate new leads and set appointments for the Sales Managers, within defined territory, for
specific lines of business, through various calling campaigns
