Role: Senior IT Recruiter / IT Recruiter

Location: Pune – (Magarpatta city)

Experience: 1+ years 

Educational qualification: MBA / Graduate/ PG Diploma  in any discipline may apply.
Compensation: Rs. 1,70,000 to  Rs. 2,65,000 ( depends on past experience and interview performance )

Required Skill Set:

  • Looking for Candidates passionate to work and grow themselves in recruitment field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
  • Excellent Technical sourcing skills with proven record of having previously successfully recruited IT personnel ( mid to senior level)
  • Excellent understanding of IT terminologies and Key-words
  • Excellent in sourcing candidates using portals such as Naukri, Monster & Indeedusing BOOLEAN.
  • Ability to understand JDs and effectively understand the client requirements in cases the JDs are not available. Should be able to create JDs when the requirement in not very explicit.
  • Expertise in Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn* ( *must have ) / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums.
  • Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
  • Prior work experience in IT recruitment is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the Job description.• Thorough Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.

• Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements

• Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
 
• Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process

• Float Job Description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies

• Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions

• Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
