Domain: Formal Business writing for IT and ITES space
Skills and Qualifications:
- Should have excellent communication and writing skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite or other Open Office software (Must Have).
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- Perform under deadlines in a process oriented environment.
- A thorough team player. Must not hesitate to get his/her hands dirty.
- A Graduate in any discipline.
- Develop content for different business units of the client in the IT & ITES space.
- Should be proficient in google analytics to give documented insights to content head.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and PPT for making reports for senior management consumption.
- Manage and review work of designers and web team.
- Coordinate with SMEs to develop strategic content.
- Should have absolute command over English with the capability to edit documents written by SMEs.
