US Based Software Co. requires Senior Java Developer (Frontend-Backend), Pune, 5 years

Title: Java Software Developer ( Client -Server Side )

Salary: As per experience

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-8 years

Education Qualifications: BE/ME/BCS/MCS/ or Similar

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should have programming experience in Java Client Side (front end), Server side (back end)
  • Should have 6+ years of overall experience in software
  • At least 4 years in Web Development or Java Server side development (J2EE / Webservices) – preferably having worked on e-Commerce sites (ATG / Hybris / IBM Websphere) and Java based POS applications / J2EE application development (HTML5 / Javascript, CSS, JQuery)  a must.
  • Good Communication Skills

Job Responsibility and Description:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
